1. How do I purchase tickets to your event? JUST VISIT THE PURCHASE TICKETS PAGE AND CLICK ON THE BUY TICKETS BOX
2. How do I book a hotel room for your event? WHEN BOOKING YOUR TICKET, YOU WILL SEE A DROP DOWN MENU ASKING YOU WHICH TYPE OF ROOM YOU PREFER
3. Do I have to stay at the Hilton during the event? NO! IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO ENJOY THE 4 STAR EXPERIENCE AT THE HILTON, YOU CAN BOOK ALTERNATE HOTEL ROOMS ELSEWHERE IN THE AREA. THIS WOULD MEAN, HOWEVER, YOU ARE REPONSIBLE TO GET TO AND FROM THE EVENT YOURSELF.
IF YOU DO NOT REQUIRE A ROOM AT THE HILTON, PLEASE JUST USE THE NO ROOM CHOICE ON THE DROP DOWN MENU WHEN BOOKING YOUR TICKET
4. Is there parking at the Hilton? YES, THE HILTON HAVE PARKING ON SITE WITH A CHARGE PER 24 HOURS. WE HAVE SECURED A DISCOUNT ON THE PARKING FOR OUR GUESTS FOR THE DURATION OF THE EVENT.
5. Where is the nearest airport? BIRMINGHAM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT IS ONLY 20 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE HILTON!
6. Can I stay extra dates at the Hilton, before and after the event? OF COURSE, BUT YOU WOULD HAVE TO CONTACT THE HOTEL AND BOOK THESE DATES YOURSELF, PLEASE NOTE OUR DISCOUNTED ROOM PRICE WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE OUTSIDE THE EVENT DATES AND PRICES MAY VARY.
7. If I cannot attend the event, do I receive a refund on my tickets and hotel? UNFORTUNATLY ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE BUT YOU ARE WELCOME TO SELL ON YOUR TICKETS PRIVATELY.
8. If I have a carer that needs to attend the event with me, do they receive a discount on tickets? PLEASE USE THE CONTACT DETAILS AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE TO DISCUSS THIS IN MORE DETAIL.
9. What time does the event start on the Friday? THE FULL PROGRAMME WILL BE AVAILABLE NEARER TO THE DATE OF THE EVENT, BUT WE TRY TO MAKE SURE THE FIRST DAYS ENTERTAINMENT DOESN'T START UNTIL LATE AFTERNOON TO ALLOW GUESTS TO CHECK INTO THEIR HOTEL ROOMS.
